2 oz. Rye Whiskey
1 oz. Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
2 Dashes of Bitters


Method: Shake, Strain and Pour Over Ice
Garnish: Orange Peel and Cherry


ITALICUS CUP
2 parts Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
1 part Pink Grapefruit Juice
1 part Fever-Tree Club Soda
Pinch of Salt


Method: Pour Over Ice
Garnish: Grapefruit Wedge


SAMBUCA MULE
3⁄4 oz. Ramazzotti Sambuca
1⁄4 oz. Dry Gin
1 Dash of Bitters
Top with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer

MYSPRITZ AMERICANO
1 part Fever-Tree Club Soda
1 part Bitter
1 part Vermouth
1.5 parts Polini MySpritz

1 1⁄2 oz. Luxardo Sour Cherry Gin
3⁄4 oz. Lemon Juice
1⁄3 oz. Luxardo Original Maraschino

Garnish: Lemon Zest and Luxardo

BLACK COFFEE IN BED
2 oz. Toschi Nocello
1 oz. Espresso Coffee
2 Dashes of Whipped Cream


Method: Warmed with a Steam Valve

MONTENEGRO TONIC

1 part Montenegro Amaro
2 parts Fever-Tree Premium
Indian Tonic Water


Method: Pour Over Ice
Garnish: Orange Peel


FOR WHOM THE SUN RISES
1 1⁄2 oz. Varnelli Amaro Sibilla
1⁄3 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1⁄4 oz. Lime Juice
1⁄4 oz. Cherry Brandy
1⁄4 oz. Simple Syrup
5 drops Salt Solution


Method: Shake, Strain,
Pour Over Crushed Ice

AFTER DINNER IN BROOKLYN

1 oz. Espresso Vodka
1⁄2 oz. Meletti Anisette
1⁄2 oz. Whole Milk

4 Basil Leaves

1⁄2 oz. Strega Liqueur
1 1⁄2 oz. White Rum
1 oz. Lime Juice

CARMEN SAN DIEGO
1 oz. Lucano Anniversario
1 2⁄3 oz. 100% Agave Tequila Blanco
1 2⁄3 oz. Blood Orange Juice
0.25 cl Agave Syrup
3 Drops of Chocolate Bitters


Method: Shake, Fine Strain
and Pour Over Ice
Garnish: Slice of Dehydrated Lime




JIM BEAM BLACK HIGHBALL
1 part Jim Beam Black Bourbon
4 parts Fever-Tree Club Soda


Method: Build over ice in a highball glass
Garnish: Orange Peel




PALOMA
1 oz Tequila
3 oz Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit
