With guests looking for a multi-sensory experience in every drink, this class will teach you how to elevate your craft through the uniquely aromatic world of shrubs and syrups. These simple modifiers come up big on the flavor scale and can easily be used to deliver a craft cocktail experience, even in a high-volume setting. Led by Yuna Asryain of Oak by Absolut and Peter Szigeti of Committee, you’ll learn how to produce as well as use shrubs and syrups – and leave confident in your ability to integrate them directly into your repertoire.
