Every major movement in cocktails since has embraced cordials as an integral way to add depth and balance to cocktails from fruity tiki potations to bitter boozy beverages. The cocktail renaissance has resurrected some of these oft forgotten spirits, while also creating an opportunity for new cordials to find a home at the country’s best bars.
