Who doesn’t love bubbles?! In this instructional seminar we’ll guide you through the do’s and do not’s of force carbonation. Whether you’re an at home enthusiast or interested in carbonating at your establishment we’ll be able to show you what equipment you’ll need, safety procedures and bottling techniques for your finished product. You’ll even have some take away recipes to get you started!
We’ll be sampling carbonated Death’s Door cocktails and you’ll be able to help us put a batch together during the live demonstration portion of the seminar.
