When you think whisky, Gardner Dunn, National Brand Ambassador for Suntory Whisky, wants you to think ice. You’ll learn how and why ice matters to the perfect whisky-drinking experience and be able to try out some of Dunn’s ice-carving techniques. Drawing on both Japan’s hospitality-obsessed culture and the craft of Suntory Whisky, he’ll share his deep knowledge of the long relationship between Japanese whisky and ice. Dunn has studied in Japan with Suntory’s Master Blender and Chief Distiller over his nine years with the brand, as well as with some of the world’s most skilled ice-carving experts.
