Guests will learn the traditional style of Canadian whisky production, which entails blending grain flavor profiles after production, resulting in blended whisky. They will be given various 100% grain-build whiskies with different distillation and maturation techniques to create their own blend through a hands-on experience. The entire class will taste each blend and write tasting notes for each.
This is a hands-on class and you should expect to roll up your sleeves and participate!
