Vermouth, Americano, Quinquina, Chinato, Amaro: the world of aromatized wines is wide, fascinating, and sometimes confusing. Join Jake Parrott from Haus Alpenz and Jared Sandoian from The Hawthorne in an evaluative tasting of a range of different styles of aromatized wines, and then using your tasting notes to start the process of building cocktails that showcase these amazing wines.

This is a classroom style seminar. Guests can anticipate sample sized spirit pours and cocktails.
