Use the science of taste and smell to learn how to best pair gin cocktails with oysters. Sample New England’s best oysters alongside a Gibson, martini, and more—and learn why certain flavors work best together. The seminar will include information on the history and method of local producers in both fields and how they source their products within New England. You’ll also learn how to make a martini and how to shuck an oyster!
This is a hands-on class where guests will participate in making cocktails and shucking oysters. You’ll be asked to sign a waiver for the shucking portion of the class!
