Mule Lab: Making Ginger Beer

Ginger Beer is a perfect canvas for local and regional variation. Using forced carbonation and a variety of spices allows for experimentation by bars, restaurants, home consumers – and you! In this hands-on lab, participants will taste a number of botanical extracts, craft two bespoke versions of Ginger Beer Syrup and enjoy samples of those creations as Bombay Sapphire Mules. The participants will, as a group, select their favorite version, and each participant will be shipped a bottle of customized syrup that will produce 42 cocktails.
