Mixed by Brian Miller (Tiki Guru, out of NYC) Lejay will be serving the original ‘El Diablo’ cocktail to highlight a classic that includes a perfect balance of bold, sweet and spice by combining Tequila and lime, enhanced with Cassis and a spicy backbone of ginger beer. The first known reference is found in Trader Vic’s Book of Food and Drink published in 1946.
This is a pop-up bar at Thirst HQ and will serve samples for Thirst Boston ticket holders.
