Low-proof cocktails are all the rage these days, as bars exchange bang-for-your-buck, high-proof cocktails for cordial- and fortified wine-based drinks that we can sip on all night long. But have no fear: low-proof doesn't mean watered-down. In fact, many of these drinks rely heavily on liqueurs offering incomparable intensity of flavor.
